vol.69 組織で仕事ができるまでは一苦労です

ユニークな物づくりは個人の能力（アイディア、構想力、技術力）次第です。
事業の芽が生まれても組織で仕事ができるようにならなければ、大きな事業にはなりません。
既存事業を持たず、新規製品開発だけで企業を経営するのはとても辛いものがあります。
資本力がつくまでは有能な人をお誘いできず、組織で仕事はできません。

ヤーコンのように農業をベースにした仕事は一年中仕事があるわけではありません。
加工の仕事も秋から冬の間だけで、忙しいのは半年です。
ヤーコンジュースの加工設備も調えましたが、半年は稼動しないので商品が割高になります。
機械設備面でも、実績のある工場で生産しないと大企業には相手にされません。
最終製品はその道のリーダー的企業にお願いするよう心がけています。

「どんな企業でも皆ゼロからの出発だったのだ」と自分に言い聞かせながら、
当面は農業法人の人たちと力を合わせ、加工の仕事が農閑期であるのを幸いに、
相互乗り入れで相乗効果を出したいと考える昨今です。
里山の自然再生を志す人たちにも、体と心の健康に加えて
経済的健康が保証され、三拍子揃ったたと喜んでもらえたようでした。
