vol.45 商品寿命の伸びと共に安心・自信が深まります

今年も残り少なくなりました。
年の瀬を迎えると、なぜか過去へのノスタルジアに耽るのは私だけでしょうか。

平成２年にヤーコンと出会い、３年から栽培を始め、
ついに５年の夏にサラリーマンを止めて、ヤーコンの製品開発にのめり込みました。

ヤーコンジュース"アンデスヤーコン"は、平成８年から販売を開始、今年満９年を迎えました。
ヤーコン茶"ヤーコン茶王"は、平成９年の秋からで満８年を、
ヤーコン麺は平成１１年の夏からで、満７年の年輪を重ねることができました。
特に、平成９年の秋、通産省主催の展示会が東京ビッグサイトで開かれ、
この場に出展して全国的になりました。

ヤーコンジュースの開発には３年の研究を要し、独創的な研究と評価され、
（財）発明協会から山口県知事賞をもらうことができました。
ヤーコン茶やヤーコン麺の開発にも１年余りをかけ、多面的・多角的・複眼的に研究しており、
販売後も中身・品質は不変です。研究段階で多くの人の知恵を借りた結果だと感謝しています。

ヤーコン茶王は、市販されているヤーコン茶の中で一番美味しいと、
全国各地で販売してもらっています。
ヤーコン麺も、人から人へ贈り物・引き出物として口コミで広がっています。
自分達の開発商品が年輪を重ね広がっていることに、安堵と共に自信にもなっています。
やーこん酢などこれからの商品もあります。これまでの１２年間を振り返り
家族には経済的に負担をかけ続けていますが、物づくりに身をおく技術屋としては満足する年の瀬です。
